Ended up using my phone for Google Maps after all. I told him this was a third-oarty refurb, and he said that’s why the app was missing, and mentioned that you can’t download the app from Play Store.

You also can’t download it from T-Mobile’s site. I called T-Mobile Customer Service, and a woman named Charlie was very nice while writing up a service request to “the warehouse” so they would contact me within hours.

That was 4 days ago.
