Big issue is with the documentation provided. Start-up guide advises to plug in the tablet and charge it up before first use.

However, this causes an issue as the tablet would not accept a charge. Upon contacting the vendor T-Mobile we walked through some troubleshooting steps.

If nothing else, advise new owners that the tablet is ready to be used out of the box without needing an initial charge up.
